Our stay at Casa Secoya in Monte Rio was an excellent value for the money. The Quail cabin was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with a large private patio and all the necessary kitchen amenities. The location was perfect, right next to the Northwood golf course and a short drive from the Armstrong redwoods park. The staff, particularly Sue, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by checking the temperature of the refrigerator to avoid freezing food.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Secoya Villa! the cozy and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. the staff was amazing, providing us with helpful advice and recommendations for places to visit in the area. the rooms were cute and modern, with a perfect color palette that added to the overall charm. the location was ideal, allowing us easy access to vineyards, wineries, the coast, and stunning hikes in the redwoods. We were also impressed with how dog-friendly the hotel was, accommodating our newly adopted furry friend. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed here while our family was camping nearby. The staff greeted us kindly and the room was spacious. The location is perfect, with giant redwoods right next to the balcony. The hotel has a nice outdoor pool and a great space for kids to play. The owners, Chris and Randy, were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is quiet, extremely clean, and even has fun games like oversized connect four and lawn Yahtzee to play. We would definitely stay here again.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Attending a wedding event, we were pleasantly surprised by the recently restored vintage motel, Casa Secoya. Immaculate rooms with unique and thoughtful decor, including a charming mini-fridge with an antique-style handle. The campy vibe mixed with early 60's charm made for a refreshing stay. The general manager, Chris, was incredibly welcoming and the fast wifi speed was a pleasant surprise. The Lodge also offers a good restaurant with home-cooked food, and there's a bakery nearby for delicious treats. Highly recommended!
